PDA San Francisco - April Meeting and Public Forum

Do Americans really have the right to vote?

For once, the California primary will be a crucial—maybe THE crucial—election in 2016. Yet voting in America is becoming more difficult. In 2016, 17 states introduced restrictions on voting. The scandalous situation in Arizona, where people had to wait five hours to vote, is just one example.

Election Reform activist Brent Turner will give an update on this issue from two perspectives: analysis and action - election fraud issues and cutting edge information about the problems of disenfranchisement He will also offer insight into issues concerning corporate election software and vendor control.

Then we will hold a hands-on workshop on registering voters and will prepare to join the campaign to register 100,000 voters before the June California Primary.
