PDA San Francisco Chapter Meeting and Public Forum

Can we win the battle against climate change?

"The scientific community is telling us if we do not address the global crisis of climate change, transform our energy system away from fossil fuel to sustainable energy, the planet that we're going to be leaving our kids and our grandchildren may well not be habitable. That is a major crisis." — Bernie Sanders

Climate change is a formidable challenge to the world.  It will affect the future of everyone on the planet. Are our human institutions capable of meeting the challenge?

At the March forum we will get answers from Kathy Dervin of the international climate change group 350*, which is “building a global grassroots climate movement that can hold our leaders accountable to the realities of science and the principles of justice.”
