It Ain't Over! We're Just Getting Started!

When Progressive Democrats of America (PDA) launched our Run Bernie Run campaign in 2013, we had high hopes. Those hopes have not been dimmed. In fact, we are more committed to our shared political revolution now than we were when this all began. Are you with us?

We’ve Had Great Nights and Less Than Great Nights

Bernie-AZ.jpgWe knew Bernie Sanders would raise critically important issues, making the same powerful case for the 99% that he's made his entire career. We had no idea he would ignite a "YUGE" political revolution mobilizing millions of voters.

Together we’re building momentum towards the massive California primary (June 7), and other primaries.

To help you get out the word, PDA is offering deep discounts on quantity purchases of Union-made We Want Bernie buttons, bumperstickers, rally signs, and moreVisit our ActBlue page to get yours while they last!

We’re co-convening the People's Summit in Chicago June 17 to 19, led by National Nurses United (NNU), and bringing together many of the most exciting progressive organizations. Today, voters went to the polls in several states, and Bernie gained delegates in every single one of them. The results are not everything we’d have hoped, but they’re much better than we’d have expected just a few short months ago.

In Maryland, PDA was on the ground and on the phones working for Bernie’s Political Revolution as well as for our former Board Members Representative Donna Edwards and State Senator Jamie Raskin. Our candidates were massively outspent, but they ran intelligent, issue-based, grassroots campaigns. Donna has fallen behind in a tough race so far, and Jamie has taken a good lead. We're very proud of our Maryland candidates, and we will work with them closely in the future.

In Maryland, Bernie lost, and in Pennsylvania, he lost by a smaller margin. In Connecticut, our movement took the early lead in a close one, but it appears Clinton will pull it out. The results in Delaware were a loss, and in Rhode Island, Bernie won a solid victory. PDA made Get Out The Vote (GOTV) calls in all of these states, struggling for every delegate we could elect. We're still with Bernie, but this was never about one candidate or one campaign.

Help lift our political revolution to the next levelTalented artist Eric Sokoloff is offering a limited run of 99 numbered high-quality prints, suitable for framing. One will be yours as our thank you for a donation of $99 or more, signifying our struggle for the 99%! If $99 is too steep, show your support with exclusive PDA Bernie swag including Union-made buttons, bumper stickers, rally signs and more!

The state of our revolution is still strong. Watch for reports on our progress later this week. We need your help now! Please contribute $5 or whatever you can now to help sustain our organizing.

We hope to see you at the Chicago People's Summit. We urge you to be as generous as possible when you register, because your payment will help PDA bring more of our organizers to join us. Visit the page regularly for frequent updates! See the article here for some of the advanced buzz!
