 Let's Go YUGE for Bernie from Brooklyn!

There are reports about officials moving polling places, and even altering the party affiliation of voters.

There have been lawsuits filed to protect your rights, but you must vote today or your rights cannot be protected.

Please don't let anything or anyone keep you from voting! If you run into any problems at the polls, firmly but politely demand to vote on a regular ballot.

If the officials refuse to let you vote on a regular ballot, then demand to vote on a provisional ballot. They cannot refuse to offer you one, and remind them (and other frustrated voters) of this fact if necessary.

If you experience problems at the polls, call 1-800-771-7755 or 1-866-OUR-VOTE / 866-687-8683 or email [email protected] at any time between 6 a.m. and 9 p.m. today. Program those numbers and that email address in your phone before heading to the polls.

Please bring a photo ID, just in case you need it. Be ready for a possible long wait. Bring something to read, weather-appropriate gear (umbrella, etc.) and clothing (you cannot have anything political showing inside the polling place), beverages, snacks, etc.

In New York City and the counties of Erie, Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester, Orange, Rockland and Putnam, POLLS OPEN at 6 AM and CLOSE at 9 PM. In all other counties POLLS OPEN at 12 NOON and CLOSE at 9 PM.

Get out and vote, and bring Bernie-supporting friends with you! Then please pitch in $5 or whatever you can afford now to support PDA's vital work for Bernie this summer.
