Join PDA-Denver in welcoming the Honorable Tulsi Gabbard, D-HI2. at a private reception honoring her work as a Bernie surrogate during the 2016 presidential primary and her principled stand on stepping down from her DNC role so that she could do so.  That kind of decency and integrity is sorely lacking in our political world today. 

Representative Gabbard has also shown tireless effort on behalf of our planet from well before her election to the U.S. Congress.  Her original authorship of the OFF Act, Off Fossil Fuels for a Health Future Act, HR3671, is the most appropriately aggressive piece of climate legislation currently before Congress, and in the short months since it was first introduced, HR3671 has gained 33 co-sponsors.

You can plan to have your photo taken with Tulsi.  You will also have the chance to meet and greet other progressive leaders in Denver --  including fabulous candidates for office who have expressed that they will be attending.

This reception is a fundraising event sponsored by Progressive Democrats of America. Our work supports the identification of outstanding progressive candidates for Congress, like Tulsi, as well as working to help their campaigns be successful.  We are proud to support Tulsi.
