The DNC platform committee met in Orlando yesterday, Friday July 8th. As I reported yesterday, Russell Greene introduced the "Russell Greene Carbon Tax Amendment." Russell is a tireless advocate on the climate emergency, and his amendment addresses this emergency. We need his leadership at important platform meetings. Please contribute generously right now to help defray Russell's travel expenses.

Longtime PDA organizer and national climate activist Russell Greene helped lead the way in Orlando, Florida on the fight to ban fracking, tax carbon, back single payer healthcare, and other progressive priorities at the DNC Platform meetings. With our help, he'll travel on to the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia as delegate, a presenter on the Climate Emergency at PDA’s Progressive Central, and as an organizer in the March for a Clean Energy Revolution. 

All this travel will cost $thousands.
